SetSmart and SetterFlo do the same core job: an AI replies to your Instagram DMs, qualifies leads and gets them onto sales calls. The difference is who does the work. SetSmart is self-serve: you set it up yourself in its wizard, and it's priced by how many AI messages you send. SetterFlo is done for you: we train it on your own conversations and run it with you.
SetSmart also covers WhatsApp and Messenger and books calls inside the chat. If those matter to you, or you want to start from $25 a month, it's a strong option.

How SetSmart's price grows
SetSmart charges per AI message. Pro is $97 a month for 1,000 messages; when you run out it automatically adds another 1,000 for $100 (on Scale, $70). So a coach whose AI sends 3,000 messages a month on Pro pays $97 plus two top-ups, $297. The $25 plan doesn't top up at all: it stops at 250 messages.
That's fair pricing for a quiet account, and it rises with a busy one. SetterFlo's price is flat: $297 a month after the first three months, which are included in the $997 setup.
When SetSmart is the better choice
